Have you traveled extensively? Do you have specific destinations that you are passionate about? Travelology is looking to expand our sales team by adding some new travel advisors.


Requirements:

  • Travel industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter
  • Love to travel and have personal travel experience 
  • Willing and motivated to learn
  • Ability to use a variety of technology
  • Must have a cell phone and computer with stable internet
  • Must be a U.S. Resident

Responsibilities:

  • Research and create exceptional itineraries for clients
  • Attend ongoing webinars and travel industry events with suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations and products
  • Plan trips according to the client’s requests and budget constraints
  • Be up-to-date with current travel regulations and trends
  • Book all aspects of travel (travel packages, hotel/resort accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, insurance, ticket/event sales, etc.)
  • Be sure all client bookings are logged into company CRM
  • Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel and respond to their needs promptly
  • Handle issues that may arise (pre/post booking and/or during travel) for your clients
  • Maintain Travelology’s brand standards when dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Build your own client base
